It all started almost as a joke, ten years ago, when an idea flashed in the mind of Luchino, the father. An ancient mill, a mixer and a dream: give life to a one-of-a-kind production reality.

His son Amedeo, with the same enthusiasm and tenacity as his father, began to frequent the short supply chain markets. Here, his products, the fruit of an unconditional love for the land, conquered the palates of ever more numerous customers.

The biological soul of the Mill

The roots of the Mill lie in sharecropping tradition, an indissoluble bond with the land that has been handed down from father to son for generations.

In the heart of Val d'Orcia, UNESCO heritage, the Grappi Luchino agricultural company grows its fruit with organic method from 1992.

Over 100 hectares of land, of which 85 are arable and 5 used for olive trees and vines, where nature reigns supreme. Durum wheat, soft wheat, spelt, oats, barley, chickpeas, lentils, beans: a riot of biodiversity that feeds the mill and gives life to unique products.
