FAQ

Can I choose what's in the box?

Yes: for each category, you'll receive a product of your choice from the week's options, which you can confirm or change on WhatsApp. We put together Solo L'Essentiale: it's the smallest and most affordable, perfect for those who want zero worries.

What if I don't like a product or am allergic to it?

Tell us once and we won't offer it again: exclusions and allergies remain stored on your subscription.

Is a subscription or free spending better?

It's up to you, and both are fine. With the free spending You choose everything, product by product, from the online store — maximum control. With thesubscription You have zero worries: every week you receive a WhatsApp with a link, you confirm or change the products in your box with a tap, add extras if you want, and everything is automatically charged to your card. Same quality, same refrigerated delivery: only change as much as you want.

Can I subscribe and then cancel immediately afterwards?

Yes, really: no strings attached, no penalties, just two clicks from your personal area. The first delivery is full price—the same as a single purchase—and the season ticket price starts from the second one, lower, forever: if you cancel after the first one, you've simply purchased a one-time purchase. The discount is our way of saying thank you for staying. And if you leave and miss it, you can resubscribe whenever you want.

Why does the first delivery cost a little more?

Because the subscription price is the reward of continuity: you pay for the first cassette as a one-time purchase, and from the second onwards you save with every delivery, for the life of the subscription. No tricks: you always see both prices.

Can I suspend or take a vacation break?

Yes: pause with a resumption date and your subscription will automatically restart upon your return, for up to two months. No fees, no phone calls.

When does the charge occur?

Payment for the subscription is always early, never on deliverySaturday morning for Tuesday deliveries, Wednesday morning for Friday deliveries. If you cancel or suspend before the charge, the next delivery simply won't be sent and you won't pay anything.

Can the price of my subscription increase?

No: the price remains the same as the one you signed up for, even if the price list for new activations changes. It only changes if you choose a different size or cassette: in that case, the current price list for the new cassette applies, and we'll show it to you before you confirm.

Can I change the size or type of cassette?

Whenever you want, from your personal area: from S to M, from vegetables only to mixed, with or without meat. The change is valid from the next delivery.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

No problem: we'll leave your package at your door, on your floor. The box is refrigerated so it arrives fresh even if you pick it up later.

What does the indicated weight include?

The weight (e.g. 6–8 kg) refers to fruit and vegetables: eggs, cheese and meat, where provided, are additional.

Can I add other products to the delivery?

Yes: from the same WhatsApp link you can access Shopping Express and add any product from the store — everything arrives in your box, and delivery in Rome remains free.

Can I have more than one subscription?

As many as you want: multiple boxes at once, different days and frequencies, even different addresses—home, office, your parents. Each one is managed separately from your profile.

How often does it arrive?

It's up to you: weekly or every other week, on Tuesdays or Fridays. Change the frequency and day whenever you like.
