The Il Pilone di Trenta Mauro farm is a small family-run business in the province of Terni.

Mario and his wife they raise cattle, sheep, rabbits but above all birds with passion and dedication: chickens, guinea fowl, pigeons, geese, ducks.

The butcher's shop with adjacent laboratory allows slaughtering
internal to the company itself.

The animals live in semi-freedom, birds in large aviaries, to protect them from contact with external migratory birds.

All are fed grains produced exclusively on the company's land.

The quality of the meat produced by the Il Pilone company is excellent and they are processed and marketed very fresh, which preserves the flavor and extends the consumption period.
