Le Quattro Volte's natural red: 100% Magliocco Canino, spontaneously fermented and aged in cement — only 6000 bottles.
Blackberries, cherries, and berries in a rich, velvety glass: Calabria's wine is reborn, sip after sip.

Vivavì Rosso is the most authentic expression of Magliocco Canino, vinified 100% from grapes grown in a vineyard approximately 350 meters above sea level in the Crati Hills. After strictly manual harvesting, fermentation occurs spontaneously, using only indigenous yeasts, in contact with the skins for approximately 10 days. The wine then ages in concrete tanks, preserving its varietal purity. A deliberately limited production—just 6000 bottles—for a natural red that unfilteredly expresses the character of its grape variety and terroir.
When the Greeks landed on the Calabrian coast, they were so impressed by this land's winemaking talent that they named it Enotria: "land of wine." Magliocco is the proudest heir to that ancient history: Calabria's quintessential native grape, cultivated for centuries in rural vineyards amidst hills and parks, it risked oblivion in the era of international grape varieties, only to return to prominence in Calabria's great winemaking renaissance. In Vivavì, this ancient red speaks today's language: spontaneous fermentations, cement, and no gimmicks, just as it was when Enotria was still its name.
Olfactory examination: inviting nose, with notes of small red berries, blackberries, cherries and berries.
Taste test: rich and full-bodied, with velvety hints and a slightly tannic texture.
Technical data: 100% Magliocco Canino; maceration with complete fermentation in contact with the skins; aged in concrete vats; production of 6000 bottles.
Match with: It pairs perfectly with tasty cuts of meat and long-aged cheeses.
Founded in 2015 in the Crati Hills from the friendship between Daniela De Marco, Giampiero Ventura, the singer-songwriter Brunori Sas and Emilio Di Cianni, Le Quattro Volte produces natural wines from native Calabrian vines: spontaneous fermentations, no filtration and sulfur always below 30 mg/l.
Grape, SULPHITES.
