This blend of (80%) Sangiovese, (20%) Ciliegiolo, merlot, syrah, black malvasia produces a wine with a purple red color, fruity, full and generous, at times ethereal.
It is a naturally vinified wine with cold pre-fermentation in tanks and refining in oak barrels, without filtration or clarification.
It is a certified organic wine, from vines grown without chemicals, in a natural and biodynamic way.
Ruby red color tending to purple. Ample, immediate, fruity bouquet with notes of ripe fruit, cherries, blueberries. On the palate it appears warm, soft, round.

Terre D'Arcoiris - Chiangiano Terme (SI)
The Terre D'Arcoiris company di Paola Leonardi and Walter Loesch consists of about 40 hectares, of which 8 are woodland, 7 are vineyards, 3 are olive groves, 4 are orchards, 18 are arable land where cereals and legumes alternate with grass. It is produced in certified organic agriculture in addition to wine: fruit (apples, plums, cherries), oil, cereals, legumes.
The company has started organic farming since 1987. Since 1993 they have stopped fertilizing the vineyard. Since 1990 they have maintained a complete and spontaneous grassing, the grass grows tall, mature and re-sows itself. Before harvesting, they crush and chop everything for work needs.
The oldest vineyard, planted in 1968, is made up of a blend of Chianti of the time, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, black and white Malvasia, Trebbiano and a bit of Grigetto, called Pulcinuncolo, some Mammolo and Ciliegiolo vines, and occupies 3,5 , 1999 ha. The new vine, planted in 2001-XNUMX, is mostly made up of Sangiovese with Syrat, Merlot, Ciliegiolo, Foglia Tonda, Mazzese, Malvasia Nera plants.
In 1991, 4 ha of orchards, peaches, plums, cherry trees and above all apple trees were planted. The varieties range from the ancient Annurca, to Goldrush, for apples, Cosciamonaca and Stanley, for plums, Bigarreau Moreau, for cherries.
The oil is produced on 3 ha of young olive trees.
