Today his son Floria (in the photo) manages much of the company which is made up of around 40 hectares, of which 8 of woodland, 7 of vineyard, 3 of olive groves, 4 of orchards, 18 of arable land alternating with meadow, cereals and legumes.

It is produced in certified organic agriculture in addition to WINE: Fruit (apples, plums, cherries), oil, cereals, legumes.

The company has started organic farming since 1987.

Since 1993 they have stopped fertilizing the vineyard.

Since 1990 they have maintained a complete and spontaneous grassing, the grass grows tall, mature and re-sows itself.

Before harvesting, they crush and chop everything for work needs.

The oldest vineyard, planted in 1968, is made up of a blend of Chianti of the time, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, black and white Malvasia, Trebbiano and a bit of Grigetto, called Pulcinuncolo, some Mammolo and Ciliegiolo vines, and occupies 3,5 , XNUMX ha.

The new vine, planted in 1999-2001, is mostly made up of Sangiovese with Syrat, Merlot, Ciliegiolo, Foglia Tonda, Mazzese, Malvasia Nera plants.

In 1991 4 ha of orchards, peaches, plums, cherry trees and above all apple trees were planted.

The varieties range from the ancient Annurca, to Goldrush, for apples, Cosciamonaca and Stanley, for plums, Bigarreau Moreau, for cherries.

The oil is produced on 3 ha of young olive trees.
