Danilo he was 22 years old when he decided to open his own farm. Always passionate about wine and horses, he had decided to combine his two passions to create a unique project.

His parents, at first, did not agree with his choice. They thought he was too young and inexperienced to run a farm. But Danilo was determined to make his dream come true.

He began working in the grandfather's vineyards, which were now abandoned. He cleared the land, planted new vines and began experimenting with new cultivation techniques.

Over time, Danilo learned to know the area and its potential. He began cultivating native vines such as Lesinato and Maturato della Valle di Comino and Valle del Liri, which had been in danger of becoming extinct for some time.

In his company, Danilo is committed to limiting the use of mechanization as much as possible. Most of the work in the vineyards is manual, or is carried out with the help of horses.

The same philosophy is also applied to winemaking. The wines ferment and age in concrete tanks, the decanting is done by gravity without the use of pumps.

Danilo's company is certified organic and biodynamic. For Danilo it is important to respect the environment and produce quality wines that reflect the territory from which they come.

Today, Danilo is an established entrepreneur. His wines are appreciated in Italy and abroad. He is active at Coldiretti and Campagna Amica, where he promotes his ideas and his philosophy.
