It is difficult to buy it fresh but easy to buy it freeze-dried.
Donkey milk has a slightly sweet flavor and can be used to prepare hot drinks such as cappuccino or latte macchiato, or to cook desserts such as custard.

Biomilkey is the commercial name of our pasteurized and freeze-dried (powdered) donkey milk.
BIOMILKEY is a white powder with a pleasant milky smell, obtained from whole donkey milk by freeze-drying and meets all food hygiene and health requirements.
100% freeze-dried whole donkey milk
may contain traces of gluten
Dissolve the required amount before use. 100ml of reconstituted donkey milk is obtained by diluting 10g of Biomilkey (3 scoops) in 94ml of 80° hot drinking water. Cool after approx. 1 minute and use.
Keep in a cold and dry place.
