Ingredients: Plantain, alchemilla, orange mint, monarda, cornflower and sunflower flowers

Weight at origin: 20g

Preparation: put a teaspoon of herbs in a cup, pour boiling water and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes.

Plantain lancet

- (Plantago lanceolata), astringent, anti-inflammatory, anti-anemic.

-The leaves chopped and applied with a bandage on a wound stop the bleeding and promote healing.

-It is also recommended against conjunctivitis and eyelid inflammation.

Alchemilla

- (Alchemilla xanthochlora), anti-inflammatory, is used against inflamed and bleeding gums, to wash wounds, calm irritation and inflammation of the mucous membranes, relieve menstrual pain, desmenorrhea.

-Monarda, antipyretic and digestive. The leaves have an aroma similar to bergamot, dried are used in soft drinks, tea and scented bags.

Sunflower

-It is used in the case of indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, cold, flu, acne, toothache, migraine.
