The roots of this capsule lie in the race against oxygen

The true enemy of coffee is not time, but oxygen: from the moment of grinding, the aromatic oils begin to oxidize, and the bouquet deteriorates day by day. How to Best Use: 100% Arabica Coffee Capsules

• THE PERFECT ESPRESSO AT HOME: Extract into a hot cup, stopping at 25-30 ml to concentrate the crema and aromas; for a longer coffee, add water separately so as not to dilute the floral notes. Accompany it with a Spelt and Organic Olive Oil Cantuccini.
• AFTER DINNER SPICY: its nuances of cinnamon and nutmeg call for companions of the same calibre — serve it with Dark Chocolate with Whole Hazelnuts or with Organic roasted shelled hazelnuts, and for special occasions next to a slice of Panettone with Saffron DOP, Whisky and Chamomile.

Morettino has been roasting coffee in Palermo since 1920. Four generations of a Sicilian family have made slowness their method—organic roasting, expert curing, direct selection on the plantation—and for about thirty years they have also been pursuing the experimental project of the first native Sicilian coffee, on one of the northernmost plantations in the world.
 
 
 

Storage and Disposal

Store the freshness-preserving packaging in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat sources. Sealed capsules retain their aroma until use.
