Coriander Honey Viterbese

Coriander honey is a type of monofloral honey, that is, it is produced mainly from the nectar of coriander flowers.

It is a rather rare and valuable honey, since the cultivation of coriander for honey production is not very widespread.

• Flavor: Sweet with spicy and aromatic notes, sometimes with hints of coconut or toffee. It has a slightly spicy and pungent aftertaste, reminiscent of the flavor of coriander leaves.
• Color: It varies from golden to orange when liquid, while it tends to lighten during crystallization.
• Property: Like other honeys, it is rich in nutrients and antioxidants. It is considered energetic and digestive.

Uses:
