I am Luca Cerocchi
Graduated in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Tuscia.
Specializing in the production of certified fresh royal jelly.
My adventure in the world of beekeeping began in 2012, almost for fun, when after university I bought four hives.
What seemed like a recreational activity has turned into a real passion.
My passion for bees and their vital role in the ecosystem has won me over from the very beginning.
In just a few years, we have gone from four to fifty hives, and today we manage over 200.
MY PATH
The company: In 2012 I founded the farm specialized in the production of fresh royal jelly, multi-flower and mono-flower honey.
CO.PA.IT: Since 2018 I have been a member of the board of directors of the Association for the production and promotion of fresh Italian royal jelly.
Training: I participate as a teacher in theoretical and practical courses on the production of royal jelly organized by CO.PA.IT.
The Cerocchi Luca Agricultural Company is based in San Martino al Cimino (Viterbo).
Part of the production takes place through nomadism, moving the hives to uncontaminated areas selected for the predominance of specific blooms, which give rise to the different types of monofloral honey.
