The KerLouise Farm extends in the village of Roudouderc'h, between Loperhet and Saint Cadou in Brittany,
for about 5 hectares.

Marie Gerbes and her husband Hoel Perros have been exclusively planting apples to produce since 2012
cider.

They are typically local apple trees: Plougastel, Daoulas, Aotrou, Napoléon, Loperhet.

Biological agriculture

The products are strictly organic and certified vegan.

Organic farming for Marie was not a choice but an evidence.

Apple Cider

The organic brut cider 100% apple juice from the KerLouise Farm has a moderate effervescence,
it has a strong, decisive taste, given by the ancient apple varieties.

The alcohol content is relatively high (5% vol.).

It is rich in tannins, which give body and intensity in the mouth, combining bitterness and astringent.

For its taste it is particularly appreciated by amateurs of authentic cider with character.

Apple Juices

In addition to apple cider, Marie also makes excellent juices.

Apple juice is combined with raspberry, strawberry, rhubarb, kiwi, lemon, carrot, beetroot and ginger juice to produce just as many juices with a unique and intense flavor.

Aperitif

Alongside the production of cider and juice, they have recently started producing "Knob" said
also "Pom Oh!", an aperitif alcohol (18% vol.) based on apples and Lambig (apple cider grappa of
Brittany).

Pommeau is obtained by mixing Apple juice unfermented e cider brandy aged.

The alcohol contained in the grappa prevents the fermentation of the juice which gives it a taste
sweetened with mélange.

The contact with the wood of the oak barrels in which the Pommeau is quietly left to age, gives it that characteristic amber color and its particular aroma.

KerLouise products are particularly sought after in Brittany and production is limited and localized;

Marie sells her products exclusively on leased markets and through small organic boutiques
locals.
