Each product comes from locally sourced, carefully selected producers, free from pesticides and chemical additives, with a selection that changes weekly based on the weather, the harvest, and the recommendations of our producers—and whenever possible, we only include organic products. It's the perfect solution for those who want to eat well all week long without worrying: vitamins from the field, proteins from the henhouse, flavors from the dairy, all refrigerated right to your door.

How the subscription works

• CHOOSE THE BOX — La Completa is available in formats for 1-2 people and for 3-4 people, with a weekly or bi-weekly frequency: fruit, vegetables, fresh eggs and cheese in a single solution.
• COMPOSE ON WHATSAPP —Every week you'll receive the available selections: confirm or change the products as you like. If you don't respond, we'll take care of it with the best of the season.
• RECEIVE REFRIGERATED — Tuesday or Friday, your choice. And if you're not there, no problem: we'll leave the refrigerated package at your door, on your floor.
• YOU ARE IN COMMAND —You'll be charged automatically, but you're in control: suspend, pause for vacation, change size or date, or cancel whenever you want. No penalties, just two clicks—via WhatsApp or from your account, and you'll always be in direct contact with our support team.

• Reduced environmental impact: local products require less energy to grow, transport and store.
• Support for local agriculture: promotes crop diversity and helps preserve community traditions.
