If you are looking for the flavors of the past, genuine, authentic, then you must try our compotes, all made with fruit harvested in the 'Pomario' of Frutti Antichi: 150 trees of different species and varieties, dating back to before the genetic selection of the '900 .
The orchard is covered with a meadow of wild plants to protect the soil and its biodiversity, it is fertilized with self-produced natural macerates and treated only with local rock dust and propolis.
The fruit, harvested by hand when it is at the perfect degree of ripeness, is washed, processed and cooked at low temperatures in large pots just like you would at home.
