Eating flax seeds is a healthy and beneficial food choice for our body

Flax seeds are a versatile and healthy ingredient to use in cooking. A simple and tasty recipe that uses them is "Flaxseed Crackers".
1 – To prepare them, just mix 100g of corn flour, 80g of buckwheat flour, 30g of flax seeds, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 of sugar in a bowl.
2 – In another container, dissolve 2 tablespoons of olive oil in 150 ml of water and add the flour and flaxseed mixture. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
3 – Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and level with a spatula. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the crackers are golden.
Once cooled, they can be accompanied with a sauce of your choice or simply enjoyed plain.
