These sausages come from pigs raised outdoors with organic feed.
Unfortunately, like all sausages, they cannot be defined as organic due to the presence of preservatives in their recipe.

Typical cut salami obtained from the fine-grained grinding of fine parts of the pig: thigh, shoulder, bacon, carefully selected and denervated.
It takes its name from the natural stuffing casing called “coral”. Seasoned making the most of the wonderful climatic conditions of the natural habitat of Tuscia.
