WINE

The grapes, hand-picked in small crates, are transported to the cellar where they undergo destemming and subsequent soft pressing with a mechanical press.

• Fermentation: 20 days at controlled temperature (18-20 °C) in stainless steel tanks.
• Malolactic Fermentation: No turn.
• Aging: 6 months in stainless steel and at least 2 months in bottle.
• Yeasts: Certified organic French yeasts.

TASTING NOTES

• Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
• Perfume: On the nose it is mineral, with notes of candied lemon, sweet spices and toasted hazelnut.
• Taste: Fresh and balanced on the palate.
