Nocino Artisan 500ml

Typically dark in color, it releases aromas of cinnamon and cloves, walnut husk and sweet licorice on the nose.

On the palate it expresses a perfect balance between strength and softness, within an agile and harmonious body, with a spicy finish in the mouth.

Description

Made entirely by hand.

The starting point is the walnuts, coming from organic crops and at a perfect stage of ripeness.

Nuts that are cut and left to macerate in good taste alcohol at 95 degrees, with the addition of cloves, cinnamon sticks, sugar and water.

The infusion remains in maceration for about 60 days and at the end of the infusion period the Nocino is left to rest for at least a year in a steel container.

A liqueur to be served fresh, to make after dinner special.

If served at a higher temperature, around 18/20 ° C, it can be combined with dried fruit, dark chocolate, dry biscuits.
