Fresh, clean spinach leaves
Clean: that have been washed and prepared for use
Fresh implies that they have just been picked and are in excellent condition.
Eating spinach is very healthy for our body.
Spinach is rich in nutrients such as iron, vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, calcium and fiber.
These nutrients help maintain a healthy immune system, build and maintain strong bones, and improve gut health.
Furthermore, spinach is an excellent source of antioxidants, which help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals, thus reducing the risk of diseases chronic such as cancer.
Spinach is a very versatile vegetable and can be eaten raw in salads or cooked in many dishes such as side dishes, soups and main courses.
First excellent reason to eat spinach: it is a food that can help us prevent the onset of some cancers.
In fact, spinach contains both antioxidants (including lutein, zeaxanthin, chlorophyll), trace elements, anti-inflammatory drugs and sulforaphane, an anticancer agent that protects the liver, lungs, breasts, colon and ovaries.

It is rarely thought of regularly eating spinach for glowing skin and shiny hair.
Spinach contains vitamin A, a vital nutrient that helps in sebum production and cell renewal
Especially the hair and skin cells.

To help us maintain good bone density (and therefore reduce the risk of osteoporosis and fractures), we shouldn't hesitate to add spinach to our menus.
In fact, rich in vitamin K, magnesium, calcium and potassium, spinach are the allies for strong and healthy bones!
To strengthen bone tissue, nothing like raw or cooked spinach.

Spinach are leafy vegetables that are particularly rich in water and very low in calories (about 20 kcal / 100 g).
Perfect when you want to stay fit and make sure you have a more balanced diet!
And because they are low in carbohydrates, they are recommended for people who want to lose weight as well as for people with diabetes.

Although spinach remains less rich in iron than the Beef liver or black pudding, the amount of iron it contains is quite interesting.
This is why people prone to anemia (lack of red blood cells) and iron deficiency are advised to consume spinach regularly.
Fresh spinach can be eaten as is.
If you want to enjoy it hot, you can blanch it in boiling water and then sauté it in a pan with a little fat and some seasoning.
Fresh spinach also cooks very well in the pressure cooker for about ten minutes.
