Grappa della Certosa is born from the artisanal distillation of the best pomace from local wineries, carefully selected from the finest Tuscan vines.

A process handed down over time, which gives this grappa a soft and harmonious taste, ideal for concluding a meal or as a “corrective” in coffee.
