42% Dark Chocolate with Coconut Milk Nina Kakaw

Nina Kakaw's 42% Dark Chocolate with Coconut Milk is a vegan version of classic milk chocolate, creamy and enveloping, free from any animal derivatives. This bean-to-bar chocolate combines fine-grained cacao from the Ecuadorian Amazon with organic coconut milk powder, creating a velvety texture and rounded flavor that appeals to vegans and omnivores alike. Coconut milk perfectly replaces cow's milk, providing a natural creaminess and delicate tropical notes that blend harmoniously with the floral notes of Nacional Arriba cacao.

Artisanally produced in Belluno by women on their way back to work, it uses cocoa purchased at fair prices from indigenous Kichwa families who cultivate in agroforestry systems, preserving Amazonian biodiversity. Each bar is a bridge of solidarity between continents, an act of social justice that supports women's empowerment in Italy and forest conservation in Ecuador.

The roots of vegan chocolate lie in sustainable innovation.

Traditional milk chocolate, invented in Switzerland in 1875, revolutionized the industry but presents environmental and ethical challenges related to intensive livestock farming. In recent decades, demand for plant-based alternatives has emerged for ethical, environmental, and health reasons (lactose intolerance). Coconut milk has proven ideal for its natural creaminess and flavor profile, which pairs perfectly with tropical cocoa.

Nina Kakaw chooses organic plant-based ingredients to create chocolate that doesn't exploit animals or humans, preserves the Amazon rainforest, and supports marginalized women. A product that is a declaration of values and a conscious choice.

Choosing Nina Kakaw 42% Dark Chocolate with Coconut Milk means eating ethically.

Coconut milk provides medium-chain fatty acids (MCTs), which are rapidly converted into energy rather than stored as fat. Lauric acid has natural antimicrobial properties that support the immune system. Abundant fiber (17,7g per 100g) promotes gut health and satiety.

This chocolate is naturally lactose and casein free, perfect for those with intolerances and vegans. The 42% cocoa provides beneficial antioxidants, magnesium, and theobromine, which improve mood and concentration. An ethical chocolate that nourishes the body and values.
