 Recipe with white peach:

White peach salad

Ingredients:

– 2 ripe white peaches
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
– 1 pinch of black pepper
– 2 buffalo mozzarella
– fresh basil leaves

Preparation:

1. Cut the peaches into thin wedges and arrange them on a plate.
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper to create a simple vinaigrette.
3. Pour the vinaigrette over the peaches.
4. Cut the buffalo mozzarella into small pieces and place them on top of the peaches.
5. Garnish with some fresh basil leaves.
6. Serve immediately as an appetizer or light side dish.

This white peach salad is fresh and light, with the sweetness of the peaches and the creamy flavor of the buffalo mozzarella going perfectly with the tart vinaigrette of the apple cider vinegar.
