Luigi Verrigni was a small artisan from Rosburgo who, with his whole family, began to produce quality pasta (spaghetti), he produced it by grinding the grains with stone millstones, he kneaded the flour with the excellent, clear and fresh water coming from the springs located , at 900/1000 meters, on the highest mountain range of the continental Apennines, the Gran Sasso d'Italia, subsequently dried it in the open air and in the sun, placing it on reeds.
