Organic Cake Yeast

The Vanigliato Bioyeast is an instant organic yeast that uses fine Madagascar vanilla to give aroma and softness to desserts such as sponge cake, shortcrust pastry and biscuits.

The leavening takes place directly in the oven, creating fabulous growth and a natural vanilla aroma.

It's a great choice for any recipe that requires a soft, fluffy texture, thanks to its high-quality formulation.

 

Bio yeast for cakes

It is ideal for margherita cakes, sponge cakes, donuts, plum cakes and much more.

The dose of an 18 g sachet is indicated for 500 g of flour and a complete dough of 700/800g.

 

HOW TO USE:

Replace the instant baking powder you usually use with Vanilla Bio Yeast II.

Add it as the last ingredient to the dough, pour into the pan and cook in the preheated oven.

 

Also SUITABLE for the microwave
