What is Gentian

It grows spontaneously in the mountains around Rieti and its potential was already known in Roman times.

Gentian is obtained from the roots of the homonymous plant, they are wild roots and hand-picked at 1500 meters above sea level so as to have all the characteristics and active ingredients of wild plants.

The collection and sale are limited as the plant is considered an endangered species

Gentian, in addition to being an ancient herb, is famous for the strong digestive, diuretic, tonic and antibiotic properties that have its roots.
