The jams with fruit typical of upper Tuscia are recommended for a natural diet.
They are ideal for healthy and imaginative breakfasts and snacks, delicious for desserts and tarts or on ice cream. Furthermore, they are also excellent when combined with various cheeses.
The production of jams takes place with the utmost attention to raw materials, choosing only typical fruit from Romagna, and for a process that is truly natural, thus excluding preservatives, jellies, dyes, pectins or acids.
In the Predio Potentino jams there are only fruit from Alta Tuscia and raw cane sugar, nothing else!
Furthermore, with the innovative steam cooking, the flavor (and colour) of the fruit remains natural, enhancing the real flavor of the fruit and leaving no aftertastes on the palate.
