For years we've accepted orders of all kinds: phone, WhatsApp, email, voicemail, and random messages. As our workload grew, we realized thatthis habit generated too many errorsForgotten products, incorrect addresses, confirmations lost in chat. It wasn't fair to you or to us.

  • For our warehouse— Availability is always updated in real time: we don't promise you something that doesn't actually happen.
  • For our producers—orders arrive organized and traceable: we prepare better, waste less.
