while the company La Valle dei Mulini takes care of transforming them.

The organic lemons of the coast

The Salvatore Aceto Farm has been dedicated for almost two centuries to the practice of lemon growing on the Amalfi Coast.

Strengthened by this experience, his goal remains to cultivate the best quality of Limone Costa d’Amalfi I.G.P., preserving its specific characteristics and above all making it known in the world for its undeniable qualities.

Ours is a company certified by Organic Farming.

Our farm land, equal to 12.44 hectares, are in fact certified organic, for the entire surface, of which:

  • 2.51 Hectares – production of Amalfi Lemons
  • 9.93 Hectares – wooded areas and pasture

The Lemons of Amalfi

Most of the production therefore concerns the Amalfi Coast Lemons I.G.P. in the varieties: Sfusato Amalfitano, Zagara Bianca, Verdello.

To these are added the Fragrant Cedar of Amalfi, the Ponziro and the Giant Lemon.
