Erwan Bourdic producer from father to son since 1575
Coming from an ancient family of “paludière” (known in 1575) since I was a child, I was lulled to the rhythm of “fatigue” in the water of the carnations that my parents exploited.
Passionate about this work in the open air, where the work is marked by the seasons and meteorology.
In 1976 I started working as a salt worker on my father’s farm.
In 1978 I designed my first grains of salt.
In 1980 I set up as a salt producer and later I exploited 90 salt marsh carnations. At the time, I was selling all my salt to a merchant.
In 1989 I made my largest harvest of salt with 380 tons.
In 1998 I decided to sell my salt myself, so I created a range of products Coarse salt and Fleur de Sel under the brand LE NATURSEL, which I registered with the INPI.
