Today Salvatore Aceto takes care of the care and cultivation of the lemon groves, while his brother Marco, through the Amalfi Lemon Trade is responsible for the transformation, together they have also created the brand "La Valle dei Mulini", in order to enhance this valley all over the world particularly suited to the cultivation of lemons.

Marco transforms lemons into liqueur, creates limoncello and lemon creams with IGP Amalfi lemons, the result is a liqueur with a unique flavor.

In addition to limoncello, the company also produces excellent lemon honey, jams and sweet babas soaked in lemon liqueur, a real temptation.
