Lemons of note

Enza is a 31-year-old woman originally from Puglia who moved to Sicily for love and now manages the "Il Noto" farm at the foot of the UNESCO heritage city of the same name.

Her husband's passion for nature inspired her to use her resources in music and law to join his project and she is now responsible for their lemon gardens.

The temperate climate of the Val di Noto, where they are located, and the ancient water source of San Giovanni make their gardens particularly fertile, producing high quality lemons rich in vitamin C and essential oils.

They harvest the fruit exclusively by hand according to traditional methods, using only organic fertilizers and avoiding any chemical substances, under the supervision of experts and with annual BioAgricert checks.

Their goal is to promote the "Syracusan feminine" and its health benefits, respecting the land and its peculiarities.
