The Iacobini & Nicoli Farm was founded in 2010 from the passion of two friends for the land and traditions of Leonessa, in the province of Rieti.

We carefully grow high quality organic potatoes on a plateau at 1000 meters above sea level, a unique terroir that gives our potatoes an unmistakable flavour.

Our potatoes:

• Agria: yellow flesh, yellow skin, ideal for purees, gnocchi and side dishes.
• Desiree: yellow flesh, red skin, perfect for baked and fried potatoes.
