The history of the D'Angelo farm begins in 1930 when Giancarlo's grandfather buys a land of 1500 hectares between Rome and Monterotondo.

Over the years, the property is divided and fragmented and Giancarlo, who dedicates himself to cattle breeding, inherits 200 hectares of land divided into two parts by Salaria.

Following the meeting with the agronomist Andrea Vitelli in 1997, the two become partners and decide to move from cattle breeding to the production of buffalo cheeses using only fresh milk and buffaloes from the company.

In 2012, their project became concrete with the start of the production of buffalo cheeses. The company extends over approximately 200 hectares of land divided into two parts, one dedicated to fodder cultivation and the other to the stable with approx 150 hoaxes.

The company has a dairy farm and a sales point.
