Today the head of the company is Gioacchino Pinto, who after a degree in agricultural sciences decided to take over the management of the family business.
Following a project based on organic farming e the short chain the company has also been able to establish itself in the world of haute cuisine.
In the company all phases are carried out and controlled from cultivation to production, with traditional methods, to packaging and marketing.
The “Bella di Cerignola” olive and the largest olive in the world and grows in the territory of the Tavoliere delle Puglie.
It is a native variety that has always been used by the Apulians, which has conquered tables all over the world.
This type of olive is not suitable for the production of oil but is loved for its pulp and its size. The green mesocarp, consistent and tasty, is particularly suitable for aperitifs.
