The Fiorini family produces Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for more than a century.
Great-grandfather Antonio began producing balsamic vinegar at home in 1900, as was the tradition in all Modenese families.
At the time, when a child was born, it was customary to dedicate a barrel or an entire battery of barrels to him, so that as an adult he could count on a "patrimony" consisting of a precious black liquid.
Taking up this tradition the family Fiorini has kept the barrels in their attics for yearstaking care of them
meticulously every year.
Now in its fifth generation of producers, this family reserve is a source of inspiration. The techniques have been modernized, while remaining in the tradition, to the small barrels of balsamic vinegar of Modena ever larger barriques and vats have been added, in which the products they ripen from a minimum of two months up to several years.
In order to offer high quality products, the range of products has gradually expanded, now ranging from the classic bottles of balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP to the innovative Gourmet Glazes based on balsamic vinegar of Modena.
In the company, a close-knit team headed by various professionals and technicians works in compliance with the production specification and the rules indicated by the Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
The spirit of Antonio Fiorini with which he began the business, i.e. the care and passion for a unique product, respect for tradition and love for the environment, still guide and inspire the Fiorini family, who work every day for the production of excellent products that the whole world envies us.
