The Fabianelli pasta factory has linked its history to that of a united Italy. Born in 1860, It is one of the oldest pasta factories in Italy.

Over time, its master pasta makers have conveyed innovation in the art of making pasta, keeping traditional flavors and aromas unaltered, perfecting techniques and production processes up to the present day.

The production today has such an assortment of lines and formats that it can satisfy the needs of a national but also increasingly international clientele.

The Fabianelli Group also owns the “Maltagliati” and “Pasta Toscana” brands, the latter being a superior quality pasta, produced only with high quality Tuscan wheat and available in 3 lines:

“Classic”, “Organic” and “Integral with Omega3”.

Today the Fabianelli Group represents an ambassador of the Italian tradition in general and of Tuscany in particular in the world.
