The Domaine Rochambau is located in the Loire Valley in France and includes an area of ​​about 18ha, largely made up of schist soil, on which Chenin (10ha), Cabernet (5,5ha), Grolleau, Gamay, Pinaut d'Aunis and Syrat vine varieties are grown under of organic cultivation.

Since 2015 Maurice and Marie Claire Forest have developed the production activity, which has been organic since 1998, since 2020 their children Corantin and Delphine Forest have taken over the management of the company.

Among the wines produced are: Anjou Blanc sec (Canopée), Anjou Blanc (Matin d'Automne), Cabernet d'Anjou (Allégresse), Rosé de la Loire (Solstice d'été).
