Emmanuele is a young farmer, descends from a family of farmers and breeders, for generations they have cultivated the land and raised animals for the production of milk and meat.

For Emmanuele, working the land is not a job but a passion. From an early age he followed his father Bruno in the fields, he learned to drive the tractor even before the car and he already knew what her vocation would be.

It was therefore natural for him to move towards the agricultural studies.

After graduation, integrated the family business, bringing new production and above all marketing methods.

Next to the family business has set up his own company, buying new land on which he planted fruit trees ancient varieties and started the conversion to organic.

Today the production of vegetables, rigorously grown in a natural way and integrated with animal breeding, has been expanded with particular varieties such as the purple potatoes of the Viterbo area, the striped aubergines, the seedless watermelons, the butternut squashes, the onions of Viterbo.

The orchard begins to bear its first fruits such as jujubes, plums, nashi, various varieties of apples, annurca apples, quinces, peaches, pears, cherries.

The company also produces legumes and organic flours.

Thanks to an agreement with a local bakery, the flours produced on the farm are used for produce excellent bread.

Bruno's products follow the rhythm of the seasons, have an excellent flavor and quality and are highly appreciated; they are collected daily, in order to guarantee maximum freshness and do not contain preservatives or chemical products.
