Da four generations the Morvan family is involved in the breeding, production and marketing of oysters in the Carantec basin in Brittany (France).
In 1964 Annick and Roger Morvan created the first oyster production basin in Carantec.
A tough job, made of passion, work, experience, handed down from generation to generation.
Today Alain carries on the family tradition.
Pure and authentic, the oyster needs constant attention, because it is threatened and fragile. Product of the sea, it is impregnated with its qualities and its perfumes.
Blue, green, white or yellow, depending on the season, creuse, flat or wild, the oyster is a nuance of colors and a diversity of flavours.
Carantec oysters are unique, not too salty are much appreciated by the great French Chefs.
They are marketed exclusively in Italy by AlpassoFood.
