The Vita farm has been a family business for almost a century. Started with Simone Vita, in the early 900s, continued with Alberto, and today by his children and grandchildren.

The company extends in the countryside between Nepi and Sutri and has about 800 head of livestock including cattle and pigs.

The main company activity is the production of milk, which is sold to the Centrale del Latte in Rome and then placed on the market as High Quality Fresh Milk.

The cattle, essentially of the Friesian breed, are raised according to traditional techniques with healthy food and with respect for the environment and animal welfare. This allows the company to obtain a production with high quality standards.

Inside the company there is a meat sales point, where expert butchers work first choice meats of high quality.

In addition to the traditional cuts of meat (slices, steaks, fillets, etc.), the company butcher also offers ready-to-cook preparations (hamburgers, meatloaf, kebabs, breaded slices, etc.), which are created and prepared within the company, skilfully combine the culture of quality meat with products of traditional Italian cuisine.
