Aristoapi is a family business on the outskirts of Rome, in the Parco di Veio, set up by Valerio and his wife, who produce certified organic honey.

Valerio has been attracted to bees since he was a child. At the age of twenty he decided to follow a course in beekeeping, while continuing his university studies in parallel.

It follows the Degree in Aerospace Engineering and is employed in a well-known Italian institution, but his passion for bees is always stronger.

He therefore decides to leave the reassuring world of an employee to follow his passion.

Today Valerio is an established and awarded young beekeeper as well as a brilliant popularizer of beekeeping techniques, invited to the main international conferences in the sector.

Valerio's passion is overwhelming and it is exciting to hear him talk about bees and beekeeping techniques.

Its bees produce a high quality honey: thousand flowers, chestnut, honeydew, but also propolis and it is one of the few certified organic honeys in Italy.
