Our toasted and peeled hazelnuts they are a fresh product of our land.
The hazelnuts are roasted at a temperature of about 170 ° for half an hour or a little more.
The amount of time it takes to eliminate residual moisture and enhance the characteristic aromas of the fruit.
The product is sold in transparent packaging designed to keep the fragrance of toasted hazelnuts unaltered. In the kitchen it can be used to make desserts, appetizers, tasty salads, aperitifs and delicious snacks.
