Basil

Rich in vitamin K, manganese and magnesium. It is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, digestive.

Savory

Antiseptic, antispasmodic, carminative, expectorant, stimulant, stomachic properties. In infusion it helps digestion, reduces nervous pains, useful against vomiting, asthma and bronchitis, cramps.

Laurel
