Description

In this company, which has a centuries-old history, since 2009 the Tonda Gentile Romana hazelnut variety has been grown with extreme care and attention, characterized by a great crunchiness and a delicate but persistent flavor.

HEALTH:

The properties of hazelnuts, like all nuts, are given by omega3, the most represented, mineral salts (potassium, phosphorus and calcium) and vitamins (in particular vitamin E, a very powerful antioxidant).

Hazelnuts IN THE KITCHEN:

Thanks to its strong aroma, hazelnut gives the preparations an intense and persistent aroma.

Could be eaten alone, together with yogurt or fresh fruit, or it can be used for flavor sauces based on butter, to prepare ice cream, semifreddo, puddings, creams, various types of sweets and cakes (they bind very well to chocolate, both dark and milk, and to cereals),

Also to embellish and decorate salads, some main courses of meat (mainly based on pork or veal) and fish.
