ORGANIC APPLES FROM PIEDMONT
Excellent flavor, sweet and aromatic with a balanced acid component
Appearance: it has a skin covered with a veiled russeting over a pink color.
Harvest period: early September.
Large caliber, slightly flattened round shape, regular.
Green-yellow background color, covered with fine russeting on 50/60% of the surface
The flavor is excellent, with a very intense aroma reminiscent of rennet, but sweeter. The pulp is yellow, firm and juicy.
The conservation is good until April.
