Tenuis is the fruit of organic farming that respects the land and the vine.

The Montepulciano grapes, cultivated with care and attention, enjoy the sun and pure air, best expressing the characteristics of the terroir.

The winemaking process takes place naturally, with spontaneous fermentation and minimal use of sulphur dioxide (less than half of what is permitted in organic farming).

Patient Refinement:

After fermentation, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks throughout the winter, following the slow rhythm of nature.

In spring, malolactic fermentation is completed, giving the wine softness and harmony.

Tenuis is then patiently refined in the cellar, until it reaches its full expression.

Each bottle is ready to be tasted at the right time, whether after one year, two, three or even four.

An Explosion of Authentic Flavors:

On the nose, Tenuis presents an intense and fruity bouquet, with notes of cherry, blackberry and spices.

On the palate, it is an enveloping and harmonious wine, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
