Skin with a beautiful yellow-gold color, firm and juicy pulp, high sugar content, a pleasantly spicy aroma. Opal, produced by crossing the varieties Golden Delicious and Topaz.

Apple Opal property

An apple that struggles to turn brown even after cutting it.

They are round apples and great for health in that low calorie, anti-inflammatory, antioxidants with high protection of the heart and reduction of the risk of diabetes.
They are also crunchy, with a sweet and floral taste and rich in vitamins, mineral salts, fibers to fight intestinal disorders, proteins and good fats, so much so that they are indicated in low calorie diets.
Ideal as a crunchy snack, in salads, risotto or soups, but also in baked goods and especially in desserts such as the classic apple pie or strudel.
