Organic Drinking Yogurt

Drinking yoghurt is made from skimmed milk, which results from the production of centrifugal cream.

Instead of not using skimmed milk, we make a new product: 100% natural organic, strawberry and blueberry drinking yogurt.

How is Drinking Yogurt made?

In Italy yogurt is defined only as milk fermented by two particular bacteria: Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. The rest comes under anything that is fermented milk.

The basis for the production of yogurt is, of course, milk.

After undergoing heat treatment, homolactic fermentation pushes the production of lactic acid and intermediate products such as organic acids and acetaldehyde.

Thanks to these products, yogurt takes on its characteristic aroma, while its velvety texture is given, instead, by Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

What is yogurt good for?

The Yogurt, in fact, like milk, it provides the body with valuable nutrients such as proteins, calcium, vitamins of which in detail vitamin A, E and B. And, in particular, contains lactic ferments very useful for the intestinal flora and to improve the immune system.
