Butternut squash

Butternut squash is native to the United States

Call also "Pumpkin violina" because it has a shape that recalls, albeit vaguely, this musical instrument.

The peel is light pink, the yellow-orange pulp is rather watery and sweet and can be cut and peeled very easily, both in the smooth and in the wrinkled variant.
